  First time coming to one of these and it was a great experience. The server was polite and the food was good. I got a burger and it came out well done as ordered. There are TVs and a bar.

  I can't attest to the food, but the service was lacking. My husband and I were looking forward to trying this place for lunch. We were seated by the hostess and provided with menus immediately upon entering the restaurant. We waited with closed menus for 20 minutes without ever being greeted by a server. We left without ordering and went somewhere else.

  Great sandwiches, great chili. Loved it since visiting the original in Pittsburgh years ago. Glad it came to Indiana.

  Today was the first time I've ever been to this place. I normally don't write reviews but I fee like this place gave us some of the best service I've had in a long time. Our waitress was super nice and friendly, the manager even took the time out of her busy hour to see how we were doing and if we liked the food (which is almost unheard of anymore). The food was great, the sandwiches was much bigger than the pictures in the menu (gotta try the brothers burger) it was so good.

  Love the food, being a frequent flyer at the Pittsburgh locations... This particular location is the only Indy location I have been to many times since it's opening. Started out great in terms of service but the last few visits have been extremely slow and painful. Staff is friendly, but just very slow even though there seem to be plenty of staff. Was extremely excited for Primanti Bros. to become a local favorite near me, but now worried if this trend continues, it will not be long before they are gone. Wish I was running this place!
