  Mary and Chuck are very friendly and hospitable. Their baked goods are very much like Mom's. Good ingredients make good pastry; Bodens makes great pastry. Yummy cookies,cakes-try chocolate or carrot,brownies,pies-try cherry, and breakfast pastries-try cinnamon rolls with icing. Sad days are Sunday and Monday when the bakery is closed.

  Excellent donuts. Good flavor, light and not too rich. Everything else looked good. I'll be back to try the eclairs.

  Great little bakery. Selections depend on time of day, but even close to closing they still have a range of things to choose from. Fresh baked breads, donuts, muffins, some pastries and pies.

  We had them make a graduation cake for our daughter. Worse cake we ever had and ended up throwing it away. Shocked that a bakery can't make a cake. It was even decorated plainly, not special at all. Maybe they make other things that taste good but I wouldn't count on it.
